MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All nail sets are made-to order.  All custom, made-to-order items will only be accepted for return if they are faulty or damaged.  The inital cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item.  This may include photographic evidence.  Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

non made-to-order items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that.  Simply contact us to return the item to us in its original, unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused, unworn and must be returned in original packaging and condition with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.  Alternatively, if preferred, we'll be happy to exchange the item for another if it's available.
