DELIVERY INFO

ORDER PROCESSING

Your nails are made-to-order and require a processing time.  It takes up to 5 working days* to get your order looking fire and just right. 

You'll be notified once your order is ready and is handed to the postman/mam.

*Large orders [4+ Standard Sets / 3+ Full Sets] may take around 8 working days to prepare.  Peak times e.g. holidays, may increase the processing time.  Contact us for specific order information.

PROCESSING STAGES

These are the stages that your order goes through before arriving at your door: 

> ORDER PLACED

You successfully complete the checkout process.

> ORDER CONFIRMED + ESTIMATED DESPATCH DATE GIVEN

You receive emails confirming your order, and an estimated date for when your order will be despatched.

> ORDER CREATION

Your order is hand-made with care to your exact specifications.

> ORDER DESPATCHED

Your order enters the postal system and is making its way to you. You receive an email to confirm this (with any Tracking details if Tracking was selected.)

> ORDER DELIVERED

You receive your brand new nail mail!

TRACKING

If you select TRACKED delivery you will receive a Tracking Number in your dispatch email. 

UK Next Day Tracking info may take 4 - 6hrs to update.

International Tracking info may take 24 - 48hrs to update.

*USA TARIFFS UPDATE*

From August 29th 2025, a 10% Tax will be added to your order automatically.  You will not have to pay any more tax when your order enters the USA. 

Orders over £800 (GBP) will have to pay further taxes and duties. 

Please check with your local Customs Office for more information.

*EUROPE DELIVERY UPDATE*

Orders to the European Union (EU) will incur taxes, and possibly duties and customs handling charges upon arrival into your country.

These charges are set by your country and domestic carrier, and are your responsibility to pay before receiving your delivery. 

Your local customs office will be able to help you with more information.

DELIVERY TIMES

All delivery times are estimates based on working days. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by Strikes, Customs, Couriers or severe weather events.

CARRIER INFO

All packages, both UK & International are sent from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

CUSTOMS
It is your responsibility to check any custom charges that may be incurred on your order.  We cannot be held responsible for any charges or delays caused by customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
