HOW DO I ORDER?

  • Select your size and shape

  • Tap CHECKOUT
  • Select your country to see Delivery Price
  • Add your full delivery details
  • [if necessary add a note with "Note to Seller"]
  • Pay with Credit / Debit Card / PayPal

 

That's it! Once paid you'll get a confirmation email.  Then simply wait for your nail mail to arrive!

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO BUY?

3 simple ways:

 

1| BUY A NAIL SIZE PACK

This is the ultimate way to know your nail sizes.  Buy a NAIL SIZE SAMPLE PACK. It contains the full range of nail sizes. Try them all on at home first to know your exact sizes. Then place an order with your custom sizes.

 

2| NAIL SIZE GUIDE / MEASURE YOUR NAILS

Don't want to wait for a Size Pack? Most of our gorgeous gang use the NAIL SIZE GUIDE. Use it to see if you'd fit our Standard Sizes.

 

Or, simply measure your nails and send us your custom measurements.  The NAIL SIZE GUIDE more details and info on HOW TO MEASURE YOUR NAILS.

 

3| BUY A FULL SET [20 NAILS: 2 X 10 DIFFERENT SIZED NAILS]

No measuring. No fuss. Receive your nail set with nails in every possible size. Ranging from wide thumb nails to tiny pinkie nails and everything in between.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS?

Absolutely! Add your custom measurements in the Notes to Seller Section. Add your Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring and Pinkie. Please use milimetres [mm] if sending raw measurements.

DO YOU OFFER BESPOKE SETS?

To create a completely customised design email us via the CONTACT US page. Tell us your nail ideas including shape, colours and inspirations and we'll talk over your special design.

 

I'M BUYING THESE AS A GIFT, WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?

Definitely a FULL SET. This ensures that your special someone will have nails that fit them and can wear them right away.  Alternatively look at the NAIL SIZE GUIDE fro help with our Standar Sizes.

 

GIFTING AND PERSONALISATION

Personalised notes [made out to the name on the delivery address] are included.  Let us know if the order is a gift - to replace it with a blank note or a customised message of your choice.  To do this - add the word GIFT followed by the name and message in the Notes to Seller box at checkout. 

 

WHERE DO I ADD CUSTOM SIZES / SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS?

PAYMENT

CAN I PAY BY CREDIT / DEBIT CARD?

Yes. You can pay securely for your nails via credit / debit card. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

 

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

All transactional areas of nhqlondon.com as well as checkout operates as secure access only, using HTTPS technology.  The padlock symbol in the address bar of your browser indicates that you are on a secure page.

 

CAN I PAY WITH PAYPAL?

Yes. Select PayPal as your chosen method of payment at checkout.  You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase.  Always check that the padlock symbol is the address bar of your browser to confirm that you are on a secure page.

 

HOW DO I PAY BY GIFTCARD?

Enter your 16 digit giftcard number at the checkout page.  The giftcard balance will be used to pay towards your nails. Any remaining balance will be available to use on future purchases. If your total order exceeds the value of the giftcard balance then you can pay the remainder of the total via other payment methods.

 

HOW DO I CHECK MY GIFTCARD BALANCE?

You can request your Giftcard balance from us at any time. Simply email us and we will provide you with your Giftcard balance.

 

HOW DO I USE A CODE?

ORDER CONFIRMATION

 

HOW IS MY ORDER CONFIRMED?

After successfully placing your order you'll receive an email confirming your order details, payment and order number.

 

Emails are sent to the email address provided on your order within 24hrs.  If you don't see the order confirmation email in your inbox, please check your Junk / Spam folder to see if it's been delivered there as per your email settings.

 

If you still have not received your Order Confirmation after 24hrs please contact us. We will check and verify that your order was placed successfully and update your email address if necessary.

 

ESTIMATED DESPATCH DATE

When your order has begun processing you will receive an email detailing the Estimated Despatch Date for your order.

 

HOW DO I KNOW MY NAILS ARE ON THE WAY?

When your total order is ready and has been posted - you'll receive an email confirming despatch.

 

DELIVERY

 

The DELIVERY | SHIPPING PAGE contains in depth info on delivery times, delivery options, International orders and specific details for your region.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. Delivery is available WORLDWIDE! We frequently deliver nails to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and across Europe.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All nail sets are created by hand and made to order for you.  Current processing time is up to 7 business days before your nails are posted.  Then it's down to the postman/woman to deliver your nails.

 

Please remember there can be delays due to public holidays, customs and severe weather conditions etc.  Always contact us if it's been a few days after the last date that you should have got your package so that we can track down your nails!

 

 

LARGE ORDERS

Larger orders [4+ Standard Sets / 3+ Full Sets] may take longer to prepare, around 7 business days.  We will contact you to give you an updated estimated despatch date.

 

READY TO WEAR

READY TO WEAR NAILS are despatched within 2 - 3 business days.  However if they are ordered with nails that are not part of the READY TO WEAR Collection then they will be despatched when the total order is complete.

 

BESPOKE ORDERS

Bespoke orders may take longer to prepare. During the design consultation we will discuss estimated despatch times with you.

 

 

APPLICATION

 

CAN I REWEAR MY NAILS?

Yes. We recommend application with adhesive tabs as the best way to do this.

 

WHAT DO I USE TO APPLY MY NAILS?

You can apply your nails with nail glue or adhesive tabs. We recommend applying your nails with one of our application packs.
